The ‘cosy’ in Cosyland stands for ‘cooperating sincerely’. This is in line with Cosyland’s mission to promote sincere cooperation.
Accordingly, the coaches and consultants who are accredited in Cosyland share a commitment to support people and organisations in developing their cooperative skills and capacities.
To create a common understanding of what that means, we are developing the ‘Cosy Coaching Standard’ (CCS).
The core ingredients of the CCS are:
- A list of shared values and principles
- Regular random peer-supervision of active coaches and consultants
- Monthly reviews of the CCS by all members who join the CCS review group
