Most of the time, we operate unconsciously and move on to the next thing before we even have a chance to feel in depth. when we slow down, we can feel the sensations in our body, breathe more deeply, and feel even more. We can feel desire in our lips, fear in our stomachs, anticipation in our hearts, thoughts in our minds, and frustration in our throats. When we are in touch with all these parts of ourselves, we can achieve inner peace and engage in meaningful dialogue, first with ourselves and then with those around us. In the workshop, we will aim to create this potential by experimenting with a different pace, allowing for greater intimacy.
