 riences".\nThis round of mini talks will be hosted by the wonderful Seth F
 rey:A scholar of commons governance and an organizer for the cooperative m
 ovement. He is a computational behavioral scientist specializing in the sc
 ience of community governance\, developing the scholarship of his teacher\
 , Elinor Ostrom. As a professor at the University of California\, he earne
 d his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Informatics at Indiana University in 
 2013\, and his B.A. in Cognitive Science from Berkeley in 2004. He was a s
 cholar at the New England Complex Systems Institute and a researcher in th
 e behavioral economics group at Disney Research\, a part of Walt Disney Im
 agineering. Beyond academia\, he has 20 years' experience in grassroots co
 mmunity economic development\, filling development\, leadership\, and foun
 der roles for housing cooperatives and other community groups. This includ
 es service to Bay Area community housing groups such as Vital Arts\, the E
 mbassy Network\, and Haight St Commons\, and to governance research networ
 ks like the Ostrom Workshop\, the Metagovernance Project\, and the Self-Go
